Directions:

Shake well before using. Refrigerate after opening. 1-3 oz daily are recommended. Best taken 30 minutes before, or 1 hour after a meal. Drink undiluted, or if desired, can be mixed with beverage of choice. Drink hot or cold. Do not heat in microwave.

I am a Holistic Health Care Practitioner, I see several clients every day and I am on my own journey for better health and wellbeing. Being in this kind of field I have come across many different Herbal, Nutritional and Health items/remedies. What I have personally experienced in such a short time with the Ancient Herbal Secrets Internal Formulas very much impresses me. Since my passion lies in the ancient healing arts this is a wonderful addition to my practice, but also for my own health and the health of my family. (I am trying to figure out how to give the formulas to my pets)

No more hot flashes, 10/4/2008

Jen also introduced me to the Energy Formula, she said had been taking it for some time and it gave her energy that she needed for she works long hours. I too work long hours. Jen went to the small refrigerator where she keeps a bottle of the Energy Formula and poured a ½ a capful for me to try. I first smelled the formula and turned up my nose but Jen said, just take it you get use to the taste, she was right. I take ½ a capful of the Energy Formula every morning. What the Energy formula did for me is that I no longer have hot flashes, that it self is a Godsend for myself and especially for my husband. Some of you women know what I’m talking about when I mention hot flashes. As for energy I have lots of energy when I come home after work, I don’t have to take short naps or fall asleep while watching television/ evening news or my favorite programs.
