I have become a true fan of AHS's Stress Patches, as I tell everyone I can talk into trying it, "They are my new best friend". The calmness I feel after about 10 minutes of putting them on is fabulous! I just think more clearly, and calmly. I have become such a fan, that I carry them in my car, not only for myself but for anyone of my friends that might need some quick stress relief. I sent a stress relief package to a friend in AZ. I called her after a few days to make sure she received it. She was almost in tears when she answered, she was not having a good day. I asked her to get the package (which she hadn't opened), take out the patches, and put them on. It took about 10 minutes when I heard, "ahhhhh", then she replied, “I think I could use a nap”. I started giggling, knowing exactly how she felt. I called her back the next day to see how she was. Her reply was, "I am great!" then went on to tell me how she had been reluctant to try the patches and baths I sent her, because she really did not believe anything like that would work for her. She then went on to tell me she was so excited that she had spent quite a bit of time on the phone with her sister, just hashing it out. She was amazed that not only did it work, but how good she felt in such little time. Her reply was, "no offense, but I think I have a new best friend now too!"

I just wanted to let you know how well the stress patches work for me. Although I have been using them a little differently than what the directions on the box say.
I occasionally get very bad headaches. I have associated the headaches with stress. If I am overly stressed and tired they can come on. Usually they start in the afternoon. I can feel them coming on and I have found NO medication to stop them or even ease the pain. It starts in the back of my neck just under the base of the skull. Some times it starts from the upper shoulders and works its way up. No matter where is starts I know it is going to be painful. I have taken every type of over the counter pain medication you can think of. (Advil, Tylenol , Excedrin, Aleve) Sometimes I even take a combination of medications and nothing works……not even a little bit. I have tried stretching, yoga and even massage but the pain continues. The pain will continue to build until I can’t even see straight. Each hour it gets worse and worse. The ONLY remedy that makes it go away is a full night of sleep. A nap sometimes even makes it worse, so it needs to be bed for the night. Well, when the pain kicks in at 3 or 4 in the afternoon it is a long time to suffer before being able to go to bed for the night.
One day I was feeling the beginning of one of these headaches. So I decided to put a stress patch on either side of the back of my neck where I was feeling the pain. To my surprise the headache went away! I was almost shocked. I thought maybe it was just a fluke. The next time a felt a headache coming on I tried the same thing. I wasn’t able to get the patches on as soon as the pain was starting because I was still at work and did not have the patches with me so I was a couple of hours in to the headache. When I was finally able to put the patches on my neck I didn’t feel much relief. So I put a patch on both of my temples, where the pain was throbbing, and I laid down for a little nap. When I woke up the pain was gone! Amazing! I have used this method maybe 10 times and each time it has either taken the pain away completely or made it manageable to deal with and not debilitating. Now I keep the patches with me in my computer bag. Any time I start feeling tension in my neck I just put on a couple of patches and usually the tension goes away and the headache does not come on.
I guess maybe the headaches I get are migraines? They certainly are above and beyond any normal headache. But now I have a great option to fight back when they arrive. I have also been working real hard at reducing stress through exercise, meditation and eating well.
